  • Mclenco Ltd was established in April 2004 by Ralph Oltmann, born from a unique opportunity. After completing several projects for a client while working at Neu-Tek Construction, Ralph was approached by that same client to do the construction of two hotels, and from there, Mclenco Ltd was founded. This project marked the beginning of our journey, and we’ve been dedicated to delivering quality construction ever since.

  • For many years, mid-sized, limited-service hotels have been at the core of our business. However, the hospitality industry, including hotels and apartments, remains our primary area of expertise, even as the market shifted following the COVID-19 pandemic. Our deep knowledge and experience in this sector allow us to deliver exceptional quality and value in every project we undertake.

  • To ensure top-quality results, we assign a dedicated superintendent to each project that meets a certain scale. For larger projects, typically valued at $5 million or more, we place a highly skilled superintendent on-site. We also personally conduct regular site visits, usually at least once a week, to oversee progress and ensure that all quality standards are being met.

    In terms of safety, we adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and require our subcontractors to do the same. Additionally, we coordinate all necessary inspections from city officials, fire departments, health departments, and specialists such as TASS and ADA inspectors, ensuring compliance and safety across every project.

  • Yes, we stand behind our work. We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all aspects of the project, along with a 2-year warranty on workmanship. Additionally, all manufacturer warranties apply to the materials and products we use, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
